摘要
基于ANSYS软件,对圆锯片进行热力学、静力学和模态分析,揭示各种因素对锯切加工过程中高速旋转状态下圆锯片的影响及其变化规律,从而为研究和改善圆锯片的动态特性提供可靠的理论依据。
The thermal mechanical, static and modal analysis of circular saw blades is made based on ANSYS software. The effect and law of various factors on the circular saw blades rotating at a high speed in the sawing process are revealed, which, therefore, provides a reliable theoretical basis for the study and improvement on the dynamic properties of circular saw blades.
