中黑盲蝽滞育与非滞育卵的形态学观察 被引量:7

摘要 中黑盲蝽是重要的农业害虫,其越冬卵在室内26℃不能正常孵化,证明这些卵是滞育的。中黑盲蝽非滞育卵有呼吸角,而滞育卵没有呼吸角。在室内(26℃,L∥D=16h∥8h,RH=80%)孵化6d非滞育卵有红色复眼出现,而同样条件下滞育卵无红色复眼出现。这两个特征可用于区分滞育卵与非滞育卵。 Adelphocoris suturalis is an important agricultural pest. The overwintering A. suturalis eggs could not hatch as usual at 26 ℃ in the laboratory, which indicated that the overwintering eggs were in diapause. Non-diapause eggs had respiratory horns but diapause eggs had not. Two red compound eyes appeared in non-diapause eggs within 6 days after being incubated under laboratory conditions (26 ℃, L//D 16 h//8 h and RH = 80%), but not in diapause eggs under the same condition. The two characters can be used to distinguish diapause eggs from non-diapause eggs.
