摘要
针对现有燃油炉风温控制方式存在的自动化水平低、控制精度差等问题,在分析燃油炉结构及工作原理的基础上,设计了一种基于PLC的粮食烘干机燃油炉自动控制系统,给出了其软硬件系统实现的方案,并对该系统的功能及特点进行了分析。研究表明,该控制系统可以实现燃烧的无级调节、风温的自动控制,从而大大提高粮食烘干机的烘干质量和效率,具有很好的应用及推广价值。
For the existing low automatic level, poor control accuracy problems of air temperature control methods in the fuel oil hot stove and based on analyzing the structure, working principle of the fuel oil hot stove, the paper designed a automatic control system for fuel oil hot stove in dryer based on PLC. It presented the realized schemes of the hardware and software, and analyzed system's functions and features. Results showed that the system could not only realize the burning step less adjustment and air temperature automatic control, also greatly enhance the drying quality and efficiency of the grain dryer, with good application and promotion value.
