摘要
应用Ansys软件对CT61100车床主轴进行静态和模态分析,分别采用solid92单元和solid45单元建立有限元模型,对主轴在工件重力和切削力载荷作用下的变形情况进行了分析,并对固有频率和对应振型进行了研究。计算结果表明,在产品试验之前,可以预测最大应力和变形位置。根据主轴的最大变形来判断主轴的刚度是否足够。根据固有频率计算主轴的临界转速,避开共振区域。
Under the workpiece gravity and the cutting force of load conditions,the static and modal analysis are made by ANSYS for the spindle of the CT61100 type lathe model is created by the solid92 or solid45. The results show that, by before the testing the machine tool, it is possiable to predict location of maximum stress and deformation. According to the spindle of maximum deformation, determine the adequacy of the stiffness of spindle. Calculate the spindle critical speed with the natural frequency to avoid the resonance region.
