长柄扁桃试管苗诱导生根的初步研究 被引量:4

摘要 应用均匀正交设计UL9(34)方案,对长柄扁桃试管苗诱导生根进行研究。分析了IBA(吲哚丁酸)、AC(活性炭)、蔗糖3种不同浓度及其组合对长柄扁桃试管苗诱导生根培养的影响。结果表明:3种因素的作用大小为AC>IBA>蔗糖,适于诱导长柄扁桃试管苗生根的培养基为1/2MS+IBA 40 mg.L-1+AC0.5 g.L-1+蔗糖40 g.L-1。 Induction in vitro rooting of Amygdalus pedunculata was studied by using uniform orthogonal design UL9(34).The effects of indole-3-butyric acid(IBA),activated carbon(AC) and sucrose in different concentrations and combinations on the induction of culture in vitro rooting were analyzed.The results showed that the effectiveness of three factors was in the order of ACIBA Sucrose.The 1/2MS supplemented with IBA 40 mg·L-1+AC 0.5 g·L-1+ Sucrose40 g·L-1 were suitable for root inducing.
