摘要
为了建立金丝桃高效再生体系,以金丝桃为材料,研究了6-BA、KT、NAAI、BA、IAA对其嫩茎切段再生、扩繁及试管苗生根的影响。结果表明:6-BA、NAA对金丝桃嫩茎切段的再生作用显著,再生最佳培养基为MS+6-BA3.0 mg.L-1+NAA0.1 mg.L-1,6-BA对金丝桃不定芽的形成有明显影响,GA3能有效抑制玻璃化苗的形成。MS+6-BA2.0 mg.L-1+IBA0.2 mg.L-1+GA30.5 mg.L-1为其最佳增殖培养基;IAA对金丝桃嫩茎生根影响显著,最佳生根培养基为1/2MS+IAA0.2 mg.L-1。
In order to establish a highly efficient regeneration system,taking Hypericum monogynum as the material,the effects of 6-BA,KT,NAA,IBA and IAA on regeneration of young stems after being cut,propagation and root growth of tube seedlings were investigated.The results indicated that 6-BA and NAA had a significant effect on regeneration of cut young stems,the best cultured medium for regeneration was composed of MS+6-BA3.0 mg·L-1+NAA0.1 mg·L-1;6-BA also had an obvious influence on the formation of adventitious buds,GA3 could effectively control vitrified seedlings,MS+6-BA2.0 mg·L-1+IBA0.2 mg·L-1+GA30.5 mg·L-1 was the best cultured medium for reproduction.IAA showed an obvious effect on taking roots of young stems,the best cultured medium to take roots was 1/2MS+IAA0.2 mg·L-1.
