3种林木病原腐朽菌生长特性研究 被引量:5

摘要 室内培养条件下,研究了温度、光照、碳源、氮源、NaCl、pH值对木层孔菌Ps菌株、裂褶菌Sc菌株和香栓孔菌Ts菌株生长速度的影响。结果表明:3种病原菌生长的适宜温度为20~35℃,Ts属于中温菌,Ps和Sc属于高温菌;Ps在全黑暗条件下生长较快,但Sc和Ts在不同光照条件下的生长差异不显著;Ps和Sc以果糖为最佳碳源,而Ts在麦芽糖培养基上生长最快;病原菌在以有机氮为氮源的培养基上生长较好,在无碳、无氮培养基上也能微弱生长,但在尿素培养基上都不生长;病原菌在pH4.7~6.9的偏酸性条件下生长较好;NaCl胁迫能抑制菌丝生长,3种病原菌最大耐受盐度分别为Ps 4%、Sc 9%、Ts 3%。 Effects of temperature,light,carbon source,nitrogen source,NaCl,pH value were studied on the colony growth of three pathogens: Phellinus sp.(Ps) strain,Schizophyllum commune(Sc) strain and Trametes suaveolens(Ts) strain.The results showed that the pathogen could grow well from 20~35℃,Ts belongs to moderate temperature fungi,while Ps and Sc belong to high temperature fungi;though Ps grew faster in darkness,light and darkness had no significant influence on Sc and Ts;fructose was the optimum carbon source for Ps and Sc,while maltose was the best for Ts;they grew well within organic nitrogen but could hardly grow within urea,however,they could grow up in conditions of no carbon source or no nitrogen source;pathogens prefer weak acid condition and the suitable pH value ranging from 4.7 to 6.9;NaCl stress could restrain mycelium growth,the most tolerance salt concentration was Ps 4%,Sc 9%,Ts 3%.
