摘要
采用微波辅助、HCl做催化剂,合成2-氨甲基苯并咪唑。探讨了物料比、微波输出功率和微波辐射时间对反应产率的影响。结果表明:较佳反应条件为邻苯二胺∶甘氨酸=1∶2,微波输出功率259 W,间歇辐射50 min。该方法具有原料消耗少、操作简单、反应条件温和、易纯化、对环境无污染、产率高的优点。
The synthesis of 2-aminomethylbenzimidazole using hydrochloric acid as catalyst was reported under microwave irradiation.The influence of the mole ratio of materials,output power,reaction time on yield were investigated.Optimal reaction condition were obtained: the ratio of o-phenylendiamine to glycine: 1∶2(mole),output power: 259 W,intermit radiate time: 50 minutes,total yield: 77%.Compared to the previous methods,this new method has the advantages of simple procedure,mild conditions,easy purification,and good yield.
