在数字印刷技术冲击下,看胶印版材的发展前景

Development Prospects of Offset Printing Plate Materials Facing the Challenge of Digital Printing

目前,在一般照相领域内,数码照相机已经基本上取代传统的照相机和胶片;在印刷行业中,已经新出现了各种不用胶片的数字印刷技术,甚至不用印刷版材。本文通过对于2009年国际印刷技术展览会的综述,展望今后印刷行业的发展趋势,认为面临数字印刷技术的挑战,印刷工艺主要还是采用胶版印刷,版材则用PS版;CTP设备和版材的发展将进一步推广CTP技术的应用范围,传统的印刷胶片市场会受到相应的影响。

Presently, in common photography, digital cameras have already replaced traditional cameras and films; in the printing industry, newly emerged miscellaneous digital printing processes without using film, even without using printing plate material. Based on a review of China Print 2009, this paper prospected the future development trend of printing industry and predicted that facing the challenge of digital printing technology, the main printing process will still be offset printing and PS plate will be the printing plate material; the development of CTP equipment and plates material will further expand the application topic of CTP technology, thus influencing the market of traditional graphic arts films.
