摘要
本文报导的LD泵浦可调谐固体激光器(DPL),可以实现697~942nm的可调谐激光输出;并通过频率变换后还可以实现波长350~465nm平均功率达540mW的连续可调的蓝紫激光输出;通过激光聚焦导光系统、扫描控制系统等软硬件的设计开发,使该系统实现了计算机控制的程序曝光。该系统主要用于新型CTP印刷版材的研制开发和性能评价。
In this paper,an all-solid-state QCW tunable 697-942nm blue-violet laser transformable to 350nm-465nm with output power of 540mW has been obtained. Through the design of the laser focus system,and the scan and control system,the whole laser can be used to expose the CTP material. In this way,the capability of the CTP material can be valued.
