摘要
失业统计口径是失业统计的关键,也是失业统计得以顺利实施的基础。针对失业统计数据失真,学术界对统计口径提出了诸多质疑,本文从这些质疑出发,对中国现行统计制度下的失业统计口径进行分析。研究表明:在城镇失业统计口径方面已基本完善,但农村失业具有其特殊性,其统计口径还有待于进一步的研究与探讨。
The statistical definition of unemployment is the key to the unemployment statistics,but also is the basis lor unemployment statistics. Faced with the distortion of statistical data, many researchers put forward a variety of questions about the statistical definition of unemployment.The article analyzes the definition of China＇s current system of unemployment statistics based on those questions. The research shows that： unemployment statistics about urban field has been basically perfected. Rural unemployment with specificity,it＇s statistical definition need to be researched and discussed furtherly.
