摘要
以芦荟素为原料,经脱苷、氧化反应得到大黄酸(4);4经三氟甲磺酸锌催化的乙酰化反应合成了双醋瑞因,总收率86.2%,其结构经1H NMR,IR和MS确证。
Diacerhein in overall yield of 86.2% was synthesized by the acetylation of rhein(4) using zincum trifluoromethanesulfonate[ Zn(OTf) 2 ] as the catalyst. 4 was obtained from aloin by the degly- cosidation and oxidation. The structures were characterized by 1^H NMR, IR and MS.
