摘要
介绍了车用缝隙式阻尼型和孔式阻尼型叶片MRF减振器的磁路设计方案,并针对缝隙式阻尼型相对于孔式阻尼型间隙处磁感应强度小的不足,提出了采取切向放置铁芯的三阶段叶片式MRF减振器的设计。根据ANSOFT电磁场分析软件的仿真分析结果,该设计可增强缝隙处的磁场强度,并提高其均匀性。
The designs of the gap and the orifice vane MRF dampers for the vehicle are introduced. According to one of the primary gappy one's deficiencies compared with the orifice one that the magnetic flux density in the gap isn't strong enough,the design of three phases vane MRF damper with tangent magnetic core is proposed. According to the result of the ANSOFT finite element analysis software's emulational analysis ,this design can increase the magnetic intensity in the gap and make it evener.
