摘要
规范模型是新一代GPS标准体系的关键技术之一。通过对规范模型的操作,可以规范零件几何要素的几个特征变动范围,从而使得零件的设计与功能相一致,也为零件设计与检验统一提供科学依据。基于新一代GPS标准体系,针对轴类零件加工产生的四类截面误差,通过运用勒让德和傅里叶多项式表示其规范模型。研究成果对设计轴类零件的规范模型具有实际的参考意义。
Standard model is one of key technologies in standard system of new generation GPS. Some features variation range of parts geometric elements are standardized through operation of standard model. This operation make design and function of parts become equal. And the operation also provide scientific basis for the unification of parts designing and testing. Based on a new generation GPS of standard system,the standard model of four section errors of shaft parts caused by manufacturing is established by using Legendre and Fourier polynomial. The research results have practical reference significance in designing the standard model of shaft type parts.
