摘要
转向架分离装置是跨座式单轨车辆转向架与车体相分离的关键设备,其中沉降梁的旋转控制以及平台升降过程的水平性在转向架分离装置中相当重要。首先对该运动的相关机构进行了结构分析,并利用Pro/E对沉降梁回转以及平台升降运动进行仿真,最后实现了对数字油缸运动规律的反求,验证了水平保持机构方案的可行性,研究结果可以为相似设备的研究与设计提供借鉴。
Bogie separated equipment is a key device in separating of straddle type monorail bogie from vehicle ,while rotation controlling of subside beam and level-holding in platform lifting play an important role in this equipment. Structural analysis of relevant mechanism is done firstly,then the simulation of subside beam rotation and platform lifting is carried out by employing Pro/E ,finally the motion of the numerical cylinder is resolved and the feasibility of level-holding mechanism is identified,the simulation results enable designers to obtain required information on the research and design of similar mechanism.
