摘要
针对系列化的专用夹具中存在拓扑结构相同和尺寸参数不同的零件的特点,借助UGNX软件自身提供的参数化特征建模的功能和二次开发工具,对某系列专用夹具,首先采用参数化建模技术创建该系列夹具的一套实体模型,然后通过系统的人机交互界面,可视化、集中提取该套夹具中所有需要的参数化尺寸作为模板的尺寸接口,最后在设计该系列的夹具时,再通过系统的人机交互界面,调用模板,将新的尺寸可视化、集中输入到模板的尺寸接口,系统再通过算法对输入的尺寸作智能排错,最终生成满足用户实际需要的高质量的专用夹具。
A ccording to the characteristics of the same topological structure and different dimension parameters of the fixture parts in the same series ,with the help of the function which is parameterized modeling the UG NX offers and the second development tool,for a type of parts ,first it sets up series of part models of one template part by the parameterized modeling technology,picks up the dimension of the template part to be parameterized as dimension interface through the man-machine interface of the system, makes the new dimensions visible,enters the new dimensions into the dimension interface of the template part all together after calling the template part through the man-machine interface of the system when designing the series of the fixtures ,and then adjusts the input dimension by the algorithm. At last,it builds the parts of high quality the users need.
