摘要
以20名失眠女大学生为被试,采用等组前后测实验设计,以匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)为睡眠状况测量指标,探讨箱庭疗法干预女大学生失眠的有效性.结果显示:箱庭干预后,实验组的PSQI得分显著低于对照组,实验组被试的入睡时间缩短、日间功能障碍减少,表明箱庭疗法有效地改善了她们的睡眠情况.
To evaluate the effectiveness of the sandplay therapy in the alleviation of insomnia,using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),20 college girls with insomnia were selected and an equal-group was designed.The results showed that after the intervention,the PSQI score of the experimental group is significantly less than counter group’s.The falling asleep hours of the experimental group had significant reduced,and their day dysfunction had meliorate significantly,all these indicates the effectiveness of sandplay therapy in improvement of sleep quality of the insomnia college girls.
