On Risk Cost Management of Whole-Process Construction Project

工程项目的实现过程是在一个相对存在许多风险和不确定性因素的外部环境中进行的。因此在工程项目造价管理中必须考虑风险对造价的影响,即对工程造价进行风险管理。全过程造价风险管理就是在工程项目实施的各个阶段,通过对影响工程造价的风险因素进行识别、评估,提出应对风险的对策。

The engineering projects are constructed in an outer environment with relatively numerous risks and uncertainties. Therefore, the influenced exerted by risks on cost management must be taken into account during the project cost management, i.e., risk management must be carried out through the engineering project. Whole-process cost risk management means verification, assessment, and counter-measure formulation in regard to the risk factors that influence the project cost during every phase of implementation of the project.
