摘要
灌区水资源承载能力直接关系到灌区农业灌溉、生态环境和社会经济可持续发展。针对蒙开个大型灌区实际情况,把灌区分成蒙自灌片、大屯灌片、草坝灌片、大庄灌片、鸡街乍甸灌片共5个灌片,通过运用模糊综合评价的方法,对灌区水资源承载能力进行评价。结果表明,灌区水资源承载能力已接近饱和,水资源开发利用和发展灌溉规模的潜力也相对较小,灌区的发展应该从开源转向节流,使灌区有限水资源得到高效利用。
Water resources carrying capacity of irrigated district is directly related to agricultural irrigation, ecological environment and soeio-economic sustainable development. According to the actual situation for Mengkaige large irrigation district, the irrigation district was divided into five irrigation area, Mengzi irrigation area, Datun irrigation area, Caoba irrigation area, Dazhuang irrigation area and Jijiezhadian irrigation area. The water resource carrying capacity was evaluated by the application of fuzzy synthetic evaluation method. The results showed that the irrigated district of water resources carrying capacity was nearing saturation, the potential of water resources development and utilization and the irrigation scale was relatively small. Irrigation development should turn open source to expenditure, so that limited water resources can be efficiently used in irrigation district.
