轻集料混凝土施工集料预处理及模拟试验

摘要 在综合国内外轻集料混凝土施工轻集料预处理方法的基础上,通过试验模拟了各种轻集料施工预处理方法,研究了轻集料施工预处理方法对高强轻集料预湿程度及所拌混凝土施工性能的影响。结果表明:较之目前国内常用的浸水预湿法,采用真空预湿法、加压预湿法可更为有效地提高高强轻集料的预湿程度及所拌混凝土的流动性,对施工有利,但应控制轻集料在新拌混凝土中的上浮问题。 On the basis of combination of light aggregate pretreatment methods in light aggregate concrete construction at home and abroad, this paper simulates various light aggregate pretreatment methods through test and studies the influence of light aggregate pretreatment methods on high-strength light aggregate pre-wetting degree and concrete construction performance. The result indicates that compared to the domestic commonly used presoaking method at present, vacuum pre-wetting and pressurized pre-wetting method can be more effective to increase high-strength light aggregate pre-wetting degree and concrete fluidity, which is favorable to construction, but there is a problem that light aggregate may be floating in newly-mixed concrete, which shall be controlled.
