中国农村土地的社会保障功能分析

中国农村社会保障发展薄弱,严重滞后于农村社会的发展,影响农村社会的稳定。而目前农村土地始终承担着社会保障的作用,文章对农村土地提供的社会保障功能进行利弊分析,认为其弊大于利。发展和完善农村社会保障制度,减弱农村土地的社会保障功能,增强土地生产功能是必然的趋势。

The development of China＇s rural social security is weak,lagged behind the develop-ment of rural society,affecting rural social stability.At present rural land has always assume the role of social security.In this paper,the author analyzed the harm and the good of rural land provided protection separately,thought that it is more harm than good.It is an inevitable trend to development and improvement of rural social security system,weakening the social security function of land in rural areas,enhance production function of land.
