摘要
开发了新型螺旋输送烟道气蔗渣干燥器。建立螺旋输送烟道气蔗渣干燥器实验装置,通过改变进风方式、风量、蔗渣处理量、烟气温度,实验研究干燥器的阻力特性和干燥效果。实验结果表明:当螺旋输送机采用最佳进气方式,蔗渣空气比为0.24kg/m3及烟气温度约为150℃时,蔗渣脱水率达22.5%;在适用的风速范围内,干燥器的阻力小于400Pa。该蔗渣干燥器具有设备紧凑、操作稳定性和安全率高等特点,具有良好的工业应用前景。
A new screw-conveying flue gas bagasse dryer was developed. An experimental rig including the dryer was established, experimental investigation was performed on pressure drops and drying effect of the dryer by trying on several gas injection modes, varying flow rates of the flue gas, throughputs of bagasse and temperature of flue gas. The results shown that the dehydration rate of bagasse could attain 22.5 % with the best gas injection mode and with the bagasse-to-gas rate of 0.34 kg/m^3, and the flue gas temperature of 150℃. The pressure drops of the dryer were under 400 Pa under practical conditions. The novel bagasse dryer possessed the merits of compact, stable and safe running, etc., showing good prospect for industrial application.
