建立于人道主义立场之上的社会工作必然需要深刻的伦理基础和价值追求。公正、权利和幸福是主要的社会工作职业伦理观,其最终的价值追求则体现为社会工作品格。要使此两者成为社会工作者个人行为的导向,必须在社会工作者思想意识、人格心理和具体行为层面得到渗透和约束,从而形成了严密、系统的社会工作伦理规范体系。

Social work based on humanism inevitably requirements profound ethic foundation and value pursuit.Justice,rights and happiness are the main factors for the ethnics of social work,and its ultimate value pursuit is reflected as social work quality.In order to make both of them become the guildance for individuals,social workers must be penetrated and restricted on ideology,personality and special behavior to form the rigorous and systemic standard system of social ethnics.
