摘要
针对实际使用过程中曲轴因疲劳裂纹而引起断裂的事故,本文通过CATIA软件创建曲轴三维实体模型,将其导入ANSYS进行模态分析,研究曲轴在含横向裂纹前后2种状态下的动力学特性,为实现曲轴裂纹动态监测打下基础。
A three-dimensional crankshaft model is established by the CATIA software,the modal analysis for the model is carried out in ANSYS system.The dynamics characteristics of the crankshaft including and excluding the crack are researched.
