乘用车参考样车静态参数的对标分析

Benchmarking Analysis on Static Parameters of Passenger Vehicle

基于Benchmarking设计理念,以三坐标测量仪等设备为例介绍了如何对样车的静态参数进行采集与处理,然后对样车的机械布置、人机工程、法规校核等进行了典型分析,最后完成整车基本尺寸工程图并建立相关的设计数据库,本文的分析过程对乘用车的新车开发具有一定的指导意义。

On the base of benchmarking design idea,taking three-coordinates measuring machine as an example,how to collect and deal with static parameters of the benchmarking car were introduced,and some typical static parameters of the benchmarking car were analyzed.The vehicle’s basic dimen sion engineering drawing was completed.The analysis process is helpful to the research and development of a new passenger car.
