摘要
[目的]研究适合江南牡丹的花期调控技术。[方法]以盆栽的江南牡丹为试验材料,以控制其环境因素为主,辅以激素的施用,设计调控其花期的2因素3水平正交试验。定期观察牡丹生长情况,记录并分析各项数据。[结果]试验表明,温度是影响江南牡丹花期的重要因素,而赤霉素GA3的施用也会对江南牡丹的花期有一定的影响;该试验中的江南牡丹经过10d低温处理后,在根施200mg/L的赤霉素后再进行15d的高温处理,即可达到较高的开花率。[结论]江南牡丹花期具可调控性。
[Objective] The technique suitable for the adjustment and control of Jiangnan peony flowering time was studied [Method] The potted peony plant being taken as experimental material,the orthogonal test with two-factor and three-level,in which,the control of its growth environment was designed as main factor and the application of hormone was supplemented,was conducted to experiment the adjustment and control of its flowering time.The data of the growth of peony was regularly observed,recorded and then analyzed.[Results] The result showed that temperature was an important factor affecting peony flowering and the Gibberellin(GA3) had a certain impact on its flowering time.The higher rate of its flowering could be realized while the peony plant was treated for 10 days' cold temperature;then 200 mg/L of GA was applied;and after that,the treatment of high temperature for 15 day was done.[Conclusion] The flowering time of Jiangnan peony could be with adjusted and controlled.
