摘要 [目的]优选野菊花的提取工艺条件。[方法]采用正交试验设计优化超声-微波协同萃取野菊花的提取工艺,高效液相色谱法测定绿原酸含量,分光光度法测定总黄酮含量。[结果]野菊花最佳提取工艺条件为:在超声波工作状态下,用生药材15倍量的浓度75%乙醇,在微波功率为40W下萃取2次,每次20min。[结论]超声-微波协同萃取法具有节省时间、节约能量、提取效率高等优点,工艺条件可行。 [Objective]The aim of this research was to optimize the extraction technology of Chrysanthermum indicum L..[Method]The optimum preparation process was investigated by orthogonal test design.The content of chlorogenic acid was deter mined by high efficiency liquid chromatography,the content of total flavonoids was deter mined by spectrophotometry.[Result]Under the ultrasonic wave conditions,the results showed that the optimal technological conditions for Chrysanthermum indicum L.were as follows:the ethanol concentration of 75%,liquid-solid ratio of at 15∶1,microwave power of 40 W,extraction for twice and 20 minutes each time.[Conclusion]The optimum extraction conditions were rational and feasible by ultrasonic wave and microwave method.
