摘要 [目的]探究紫色秃马勃水溶性多糖对氧自由基清除作用的影响。[方法]用水浴浸提法提取紫色秃马勃水溶性多糖,采用分光光度法测定浓缩液中紫色秃马勃水溶性多糖含量,研究不同浓度的紫色秃马勃水溶性多糖对超氧阴离子自由基和羟自由基的清除作用。[结果]紫色秃马勃水溶性多糖对超氧阴离子自由基和羟自由基均有清除作用。紫色秃马勃多糖在0.0442~0.0884mg/ml浓度范围内,随着浓度的增加,多糖对超氧阴离子自由基的清除能力逐渐增强;浓度高于0.0884mg/ml时,随着浓度的增加,清除能力逐步减弱。紫色秃马勃多糖浓度在0.0884~0.4420mg/ml范围内,随着浓度的增加,对羟自由基的清除能力逐渐增强。[结论]该研究对紫色秃马勃药用价值的开发具有重要意义。 [Objective] The study aimed to explore the effect of the water-solubility polysaccharide in purple bald mabo on scavenging the oxygen free radical.[Method] The water-solubility polysaccharide in purple bald mabo was extracted by water bath extracting method and its content in concentrated liquid was determined by spectrophotometry to study the scavenging action of water-solubility polysaccharide with different concn.in purple bald mabo against the superoxide negative ion free radical and hydroxyl free radical.[Result] The water-soluble polysaccharide in purple bald mabo had the scavenging effect both on the superoxide negative ion free radical and hydroxyl free radical.When the polysaccharide in purple bald mabo was in 0.044 2-0.088 4 mg/ml,its scavenging ability on the superoxide negative ion free radical was enhanced gradually with the increase of the polysaccharide concn.When the polysaccharide was over 0.088 4 mg/ml its scavenging ability was weakened gradually with the increase of the polysaccharide concn.When the polysaccharide in purple bald mabo was in 0.0884 ~ 0.442 0 mg/ml,its scavenging ability on the hydroxyl free radical was enhanced gradually with the increase of the polysaccharide concn.[Conclusion] The study showed an important meaning for the development of the medicinal value of purple bald mabo.
