摘要
氨基糖苷类抗生素在畜牧业中被普遍应用,但其在动物组织中的残留给人类带来很大的危害。人们开始越来越重视氨基糖苷类抗生素在动物源性食品中的残留问题。一些发达国家和国际食品法典委员会,对氨基糖苷类抗生素的限量,都作了很严格的规定,并且该抗生素的检测技术已成为研究的热点。笔者对目前氨基糖苷类抗生素的检测技术作了综述,并对以后的发展方向进行了展望。
The aminoglyeosides have been widely used in stockbreeding production for many years.But their residues in animal can cause lots of side effects and bring harm to the health of humans.Therefore,some developed countries and CAC have made very strict rules on limiting the use of aminoglycosides in animal.In present,more and more people began to attach importance to the residues in foods,and the detection technology for aminoglycosides becomes the research hottopic.This article reriewed the current detection technology for aminoglycosides,and forecasted the further developmant direction.
