重庆市农业专利发展状况调查分析

Survey on the Development Status of Agricultural Patent in Chongqing

依据1998～2008年国家知识产权局创建的中国专利数据库中的数据,利用国际专利分类方法并结合国家知识产权局有关专家的意见进行专利检验,分析了重庆市农业专利发展状况,提出了影响重庆市农业专利发展的因素,提出了相关建议。

Based on the data in China Patent Database built by State Intellectual Property Office during 1998-2008,using international patent classification method and suggestions from the related experts of State Intellectual Property Office,the development status of agricultural patent in Chongqing was analyzed.The influencing factors of the agricultural patent＇s development in Chongqing were pointed out.And some related recommendations were put forward.
