工会组织的职能问题是一个大问题,在国有大型企业的基层工会工作中,它决定着工会工作的格局、机制和内容。尤其在当前社会转型、经济发展的关键时期,更要准确把握工会职能的内涵和外延,以适应新形势的要求,开创工会工作新局面。

The function of the trade union is a major problem which decides the structure, system, and content in works of grass roots of trade unions in large state - owned enterprises. Especially, in the period of current social transformation and the critical period of economic development, we should grasp the connotation and extension of the function of the trade union to adapt to the new demands of the new situation and to create new circumstances for the trade union.
