On Investigation and Thoughts about Strengthening the Group Construction in the Trade Union

工会小组工作,是工会组织的前沿阵地,但目前却存在着一种忽视其建设的情况。应从加强对工会小组的指导、健全工会小组架构、用制度建设规范工作、对工会小组长实行定期培训和以典型引路等方面,来强化工会小组的建设。

The work in the group of the trade union is the front line of the union organization. However, in nowadays still there is a situation that the construction of union groups was ignored, we should strengthen the union group construction from the following aspects such as to strengthen the instruction to union group, to perfect the structure of the union group, to standardize the work of the union group, to train the principal of the union group regularly, and to use good examples to lead.
