摘要目的研究阻塞型睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)中血清真胰岛素(TI)、胰岛素原(PI)与血压的相关性。方法根据呼吸暂停低通气指数(AHI)将72例确诊OSAHS患者分为轻度组、中度组及重度组三组,同时选择15例健康正常人作为对照组,采用高度特异性的ELISA法分别检测空腹血清TI、PI水平,同时检测各观察对象的血压水平。结果pearson相关分析显示OSAHS患者血清TI、PI与收缩压、舒张压呈正相关。结论OSAHS患者TI、PI与血压存在相关性。 Objective To study the relationship between serum true insulin （TI）, proinsulin （PI）and blood pressure in patients with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome （OSAHS）. Methods 72 diagnosed cases were divided into three groups, mild group, moderate group and severe group according to apnea hypopea index（AHI）. Meanwhile 15 healthy people were selected as normal controls （NC）. The serum TI, PI and blood pressure were detected. Results Pearson analysis indicated that the TI and PI levels of OSAHS were positively correlated with systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure. Conclusion Both TI and PI in the serum were correlated to blood pressure in OSAHS patient.
