摘要 绿色生产力作为一种提升生产力与环境绩效的策略,近年来已在业界与学界引起普遍关注。酒店业作为辐射面广、发展迅速的服务行业,其在为繁荣城乡市场、促进就业做出重要贡献的同时,也暴露出了大量的环境污染与破坏问题,因此酒店业实施绿色生产力就显得尤为重要。经由实际访谈六位业界人士及进行问卷调查,探讨酒店餐饮从业人员对实施绿色生产力的认知、态度及行为如何,并比较不同背景因素在各变项上的差异性,以期为酒店日后推行绿色生产力及进行员工培训提供参考。 Green Productivity as a strategy of enhancing productivity and environmental performance has been a wide- spread concern by industry and academic circles in recent years. With the development of a fast - growing service sector, the hospitality industry has made important contributions to the prosperity of urban and rural markets and employment creation, and a lot of environmental pollution and destruction issues arise, so the implementation of Green Productivity becomes particularly important in the hotel industry. Based on interview and questionnaire survey, this paper explores catering employees" recogni- tion, attitude and behavior toward Green Productivity, compares the differences among the different background factors and presents relevant countermeasures to promote Green Productivity and staff training of the hospitality industry in the future.
