β-连环素在结直肠癌中的表达及临床意义

Expression of β-cat in Colorectal Cancer and its Clinical Significance

目的研究结直肠癌相关β-连环素β-cat在不同结直肠黏膜中的表达及其与结直肠癌各种临床病理因素之间的关系。方法标本来源于癌组织手术切除标本。免疫组织化学染色法检测β-cat,比较分析β-cat在不同结直肠癌组织中的表达。结果随着结直肠癌浸润深度加深,β-cat膜表达缺失率升高;淋巴结转移组表达缺失率高于非淋巴结转移组。结论β-cat表达可能参与结直肠癌的发生,并与结直肠癌浸润转移有密切关系。

Objective To evaluate the expression of colorectal cancer related β-catenin（β-cat） in different colorectal mucosa and the relationship with the hispathology of colorectal cancer. Methods The samples were obtained from colorectal carcinoma resection specimens.The expression of β-cat was assayed by using immunohistochemical staining,compared with the expression of E-cad in different colorectal carcinoma.Results The results showed the β-cat expressions were increased markedly in colorectalcancer group as compared with adenomas and normal mucosa group.And the β-cat positive rate was related to the staging of carcinoma.and were in accordance with lymphanode metastasis group. Conclusion Overexpression of β-cat may be involved in the oncogenic potential of colorectal cancer and may be concerned with the invasion and metastasis of colorectal carcinoma.
