进展性缺血性脑卒中患者超敏C反应蛋白和血清铁蛋白的检测分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和血清铁蛋白(SF)水平与进展性缺血性脑卒中的关系。方法分别于患者入院第1天、第3天、第7天和第14天分别检测缺血性脑卒中患者hs-CRP和SF血清浓度,比较进展组与非进展组的差异,分析hs-CRP和SF动态水平与缺血性脑卒中患者病情的关系。结果进展组第1天、第3天和第7天血清hs-CRP和SF水平高于非进展组,差异有显著统计学意义。结论血清hs-CRP和SF水平可作为缺血性脑卒中进展性的预测指标。 Objective To investigate the relationship between hs-CRP and SF with progressive ischemic stroke. Methods To compare levels of hs-CRP and SF in 30 cases of progressive ischemic stroke(PIS) with those in 30 cases of non-progressive ischemic stroke(NPIS) on the 1st,3rd,7th and 14th day during hospitalization respectively.The relationship of levels of hs-CRP and SF with condition in patients with ischemic stroke was analyzed. Results The serum levels of hs-CRP and SF in PIS were higher than those in NPIS on the 1st,3rd and 7th day,and there was statistically significant difference between PIS and NPIS.Conclusion Serum hs-CRP and SF level could be regarded as predictor for progressive ischemic stroke.
