摘要
采用问卷调查、访谈和数理统计等方法,对甘肃城市社区老年体育现状进行调查,并对其进行科学性和健康性分析,找出了存在的问题,并提出了相应的对策和建议,研究结果可为今后更好地开展社区老年体育提供科学依据.
Using questionaarie, interviewing, mathematical statistics and so on, an inverstigation on sports exercise situation in Gansu towns and cities was made,its scientific and healthy issues were analysed. The main purpose is to find existing problems and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and scientific bases for future development of community sports in the aged.
