摘要
以"中苎1号"的叶片、嫩茎段、腋芽为外植体,进行组织培养及无性快繁研究。结果表明:1/2MS+6BA(2.0mg/l)的培养基促进愈伤诱导和腋芽的增值,诱导率为100%,增值率为84%,1/2MS+6BA(2.0mg/l)+IBA(0.5mg/l)适合愈伤分化出芽,分化率为21%,同时此培养基也满足芽100%生根。同时对实验结果和过程进行了分析和讨论。
The tissue culture and rapid asexual propagation of Zhongzhu No.1 were studies through using the leaf, young-stem and axillary bud as explants. In the experiment, the results showed that the liquid medium of 1/2MS＋2.0mg/l 6BA was the best for callus growth , the growth rate was 100% ,and it also could make 84% axillary bud rapid propagation, 1/2MS＋2.0mg/l 6BA ＋0.5mg/l IBA was fit for shoot inducement and root growth too.
