不同栽培措施对大麻酚类物质含量的影响研究 被引量:9

摘要 不同大麻材料的THC含量,在不同的种植模式、播种时期、肥料、光照因素的影响下,低毒材料都〈0.3%。高毒材料仍〉0.3%。同种大麻材料的THC含量。随种植密度的减小有增加的趋势,但变幅值很小,为0.01~0.043;随播种时期的推迟,含量降低。正常播期范围内的变幅值为0.011—0.048,过晚播种的两个处理较正常播期的低出的值最高达0.505;施用复合肥后THC含量增加,但变幅很小,增加值仅为0.024-0.039;遮荫能明显降低大麻植株的THC含量。总之,栽培措施虽然对THC含量有一定影响,但其含量变化幅度皆不大(0.01-0.048),即最高变化值为0.048,参试的2个低毒品种依然保持其低毒性。3个材料的CBN含量在各种处理下均极低,甚至未检出,CBD含量在各种处理后变化不定。无规律可循。 After different treatments of planting density, seeding time, fertilizer and illumination, the content of THC of cannabis with low content of THC was also 〈0.3%, that of cannabis with high content of THC was also〉0.3%. As for the content of THC of same cannabis variety, with the reducing of planting density, it took on the increasing trend, but the varying value was very small(0.01-0.043 ) ; with postponing of seeding time, it reduced, the varying value was very small(0.011-0.048) in the range of natural after using compound fertilizer, it increased, but the reduced after overshadowing. In all, planting density, seeding time; increasing value was only 0.024-0.039; it evidently seeding time, fertilizer had certain influence on the content of THC respectively, but the varying ranges were all small (0.01-0.048 ), that is to say the highest varying value was 0.048. In our experiment, two cannabis varieties with low THC also showed their characteristic of low THC under different cultivation measures. The contents of CBN of three cannabis varieties were all very low and even eouldn' t be checked, the content of CBD was protean and the varying was ruleless.
