摘要
高校辅导员的专业化与专任教师的专业化有共通之处。教师的专业化经由能力本位到表现本位的嬗变,因此在培养内容上注重培养辅导员的专业归属感,在培养模式上采取专门的专业培养和训练。能力本位强调的是辅导员的能力,表现本位强调的是辅导员的实际智慧。没有能力也就无所谓智慧。因此,在教师教育过程中,能力本位是辅导员专业化的必经之路,但表现本位的辅导员培训却是辅导员专业化的终极目标。
There are something in common between specialization of college mentors and college teachers. Specialization of college teachers has gone through the evolution from Competency- Based Teacher Education to Performance Standards- Based Teacher Education. From this view, this essay concludes up the enlightenments that Performance Standards- Based have on the Specialization of College Mentots. They are, the training contents emphasize the ownership of mentors and the model of training adopts a special training system. The Competency-based one lays emphasis on the abilities,but the Performance Standards- Based one pays attention to the practical intelligence. No abilities, no intelligence. In a word, the Competency - Based mentor education is the necessary step that Specialization of College Mentors should take,while Performance Standards - Based one is the ultimate aim of mentors training.
