On the Practical Education as the Main Body of the Law Teaching

法学是一门实践性和技术性很强的社会科学,法学教育中的实践教学环节在法律实务型、创新型人才培养中具有重要作用。目前我国法学教育应确立实践教学的主体体位,加强培养实务型人才。必须把实践教学作为能力培养的主战场,建立以实践教学为主的实务能力培养体系,建立新的教学管理体制,构建适应实践教学的师资队伍。

Law is a practical and highly technical social science,and the practice teaching in law education plays an important role in the fostering practice - based, innovative talent. At present, China should establish the practical legal education as the main body of teaching position, and strengthen training for the practical talents. It is necessary to make the practice teaching as the main battlefield to bring up capability, and to establish a practical skills - based training system. It is also important to establish a new teaching management system and a faculty which is seasoned with practical teaching.
