摘要
实验对成都地区在校中专女学生220人进行了SCL—90症状自评量表、身体机能、身体素质测试。结果显示:(1)运动处方组和体育课组在人际关系、自信心、抑郁、焦虑和精神病性因子的阳性率具有显著性差异,表明运动处方组的女学生的心理健康水平好于体育课组女学生;(2)运动处方组的握力、10×4m往返跑、1分钟仰卧起坐、立定跳远等身体素质指标经15周运动处方的锻炼后有明显的提高;(3)运动处方组的哈佛台阶试验台阶指数增大,30秒30次蹲起心功能指数下降,表明心血管机能和心脏功能得到改善。
The experiment was conducted among 220 female undergraduates in Chengdu on symptom checldist90, SCL - 90, form, physical function, physical exercise, teaching reform quality, and test of body composition. The result showed that (1) there is a significant difference between group of exercise prescription and group of physical education class in many aspects such as interpersonal relationship, self- corfidence,depression, anxiety, psychosis, positive symptoms marks, and total marks. It indicates that the psychological health level of exercise prescription group is higher than that of physical education class group; (2) a significant change was discovered in the body composition,physical quality and physical function after exercise prescription.
