Investigation on Charge Information of Tumor Patients who Accept Radiotherapy

目的 通过对肿瘤患者放射治疗收费情况的调查,建立科室收费管理制度。方法 利用网络收费系统及计算机统计软件调查收费情况。结果 总放疗收费拖欠费率为3.7%,而精确放疗费拖欠率为12.3%。结论 医生及临床科室管理者尽可能做到提高诊疗质量和工作效率,降低投入成本,来缓解病人的看病贵问题;但同时考虑到医院的经济利益。

Objective： To build charge management system of department by investigating charge information of tumor patients who accept radiotherapy. Methods： To investigate charge information by network charge system and statistical computing software Results： Total bad debt ratio is 3.7% and this ratio is 12.3% in patients who accept precise radiotherapy Conclusions： Doctors and managers of clinical department should alleviate economic burden of patients by improving quality of treatment and work efficiency then reducing patients cost of treatment; simultaneously, economic benefits of hospital should be considered.
