颈前路减压植骨钛板内固定治疗脊髓型颈椎病79例围术期护理

Perioperative nursing care in the treatment of 79 patients with cervical spondylotic myelopathy by anterior cervical decompression and interbody fusion with titanium plate fixation

目的:探讨颈前路减压植骨钛板内固定治疗脊髓型颈椎病患者围术期的护理方法。方法:对79例脊髓型颈椎病患者行颈前路减压植骨钛板内固定治疗,并给予完善的术前护理,包括心理护理和术前准备;严密的术后护理,包括观察生命体征变化,观察有无脊髓神经压迫症状和神经损伤并发症,加强饮食指导、体位护理及术后功能锻炼指导。结果:所有手术患者均顺利度过围术期,术后无一例因护理不当出现并发症。结论:重视脊髓型颈椎病手术患者的围术期护理,对预防并发症、促进患者康复有重要意义。

Objective ： To explore perioperative nursing methods in the treatment of cervical spondylotic myelopathy by anterior cervical decompression and interbody fusion with titanium plate fixation. Methods： 79 patients with cervical spondylotic myelopathy underwent anterior cervical decompression and interbody fusion with titanium plate fixation and they were given complete preoperative nursing care, including psychological care and preoperative preparation and strict postoperative nursing care, such as observation of the changes of vital signs, nerve compression symptoms and complications of nerve injury, enhanced dietary guidance, position care and guidance of functional exercise. Results ： All patients successfully passed the perioperative period and no complications due to improper nursing care occurred in any patients. Conclusion： It is very important to enhance perioperative nursing care, which can significantly prevent complications and promote patient＇s recovery in the treatment of cervical spondylotic myelopathy by anterior cervical decompression and interbody fusion with titanium plate fixation.
