摘要
通过对成都导游人员进行问卷调查,获取导游人员生存状况的第一手资料,对收集的数据资料采用SPSS13.0软件录入和统计并作因子分析,从中得出目前成都导游人员生存状况存在的一些问题:成都导游人员岗位认同感低、薪酬制度不合理、导游工作难以得到客观公正的评价、需要交人头费向旅行社买团等;进而提出从旅游行政主管管理部门、旅游业工会、导游服务公司、导游激励机制等方面来改善目前导游人员的生存状况、维护其正当权益,以促进四川导游队伍和旅游业的健康发展。
After a questionnaire survey about the existent condition of tour guides in Chengdu,the data were analyzed by SPSS13.0 and factor analysis is made.The analysis displays some problems in the existent condition of tour guides in Chengdu which involve poor identification,and unfair pay.Besides,tour guides′ efforts seldom get fairly and objectively judged and they have to pay to the travel agencies to 'buy' tourist groups.The author then suggest that actions be taken by tourism administration department and tour guide service companies to improve the existent condition of tour guides,and to maintain their lawful rights,so that tourism industry will develop in the right direction.
