摘要
针对目前农家乐飞速发展,但大多数城郊型农家乐的运营状况不容乐观的实际,在归纳总结一般农家乐概念和城郊型农家乐特点的基础上提出了城郊型农家乐的概念;进一步分析了城郊型农家乐游客满意度的构成因素及影响因素,由此建立了城郊型农家乐游客满意度的评价指标体系。研究认为,城郊型农家乐游客满意度影响因素包括"吃、住、行、游、购、娱、服务"七要素,它们是构成旅游产业结构的主体和核心,游客满意度应从这7个测量维度、22个方面进行综合测评,对提高农家乐旅游的服务质量和知名度,促进农家乐的健康长远发展有一定的指导意义。
Despite the rapid development of farm tourism,most suburban farms do not operate well.This paper analyzes the components and influencing factors on tourist satisfaction and establishes an evaluation index system.The authors think that food,lodging,transportation,sightseeing,commodity,entertainment and service are the 7 major factors influencing tourist satisfaction,in which there are 22 detailed subdivisions.This evaluation system is hoped to contribute to improvement of service and reputation of farm tourism and hence guarantees farm tourism development.
