Determination of total saponin in KGY by UV

目的:利用紫外分光光度法测定复方KGY中总皂苷的含量.方法:用香草醛-冰醋酸-高氯酸显色体系紫外显色测定了复方KGY提取物中总皂苷的含量.结果:用黄芪甲苷做对照品,其线性范围为89μg-177μg,R=0.9995,其平均回收率为99.33%,加样回收率为1.96%(n=6)结论:该方法灵敏度高,重复性好,简单,准确,是一种测定复方KGY总皂苷含量的有效方法.

Objective： To determine the contents of total Saponin in KGY. Methods： The contents of total saponin from KGY is determined by vanillin-iee acetic acid- perchloric acid colorimetric method. Results： With astragaloside A as reference substance, the method is linear at the range of 89 -177μg, r=0.9996; and the average recovery is 99.33%, RSD is 1. 96% （n=6）. Conclusion： The method is highly sensitive and reproducible, simple, accurate. It is a good method for the determination of the total saponin from KGY.
