摘要
详细介绍了收折式移动平台施工方案在重庆鱼洞长江大桥北引桥(6×40 m+6×40m)连续梁桥施工中的应用及研制过程。收折式移动平台的原理是在主桁梁的支撑体系上采用可收折倒梯形支撑体系。它由收折式移动平台桁梁、固定于桥墩上部的平台支撑体系、平台推进转跨行走系统三大部分组成,具有结构轻便精巧、施工机械配备简单、适应小半径、施工过程安全可靠的特点。通过设计计算和预压试验验证了收折式移动平台施工方案的可行性,最后详细阐述了收折式移动平台的施工工艺。
The procedure of application and research of folding mobile platform construction project in the north approach birdge（6×40 m＋6×40 m）continuous girder bridge of Yudong Changjiang river bridge is introduced in detail.The principle of folding mobile platform is to the folding inverted T-shaped support system in the main truss support system.It consists of folding mobile platform trussed beam,the support system of platform fixed on the top of pier,and the running system.It has the following key features： exquisite structure,simple equipment,small adapting radius and reliable construction safety.The feasibility of the folding mobile platform construction is verified by design calculation and preload test.Finally,the construction technology of the folding mobile platform is elaborated.
