摘要
提出了一类新的主动悬挂系统——能量回馈式主动悬挂系统,其特点是在对车辆进行减振的同时,将车辆的振动能量吸收,转化为电能贮存起来,并可将存贮的能量用于执行器产生主动控制作用力,克服了主动悬挂耗能大的缺点.以四分之一车模型为例,首先阐述了能量回馈式主动悬挂的基本结构和原理,然后用自校正控制方法进行了仿真,仿真结果表明系统在实现主动减振的同时还能反馈能量.
A new active suspension system is proposed which regenerate energy. At the time of reducing the vibration of vehicle, the active suspension absorbs the vibration energy of the vehicle and converts it into the electric energy to store for later use in the active cycles when input power is required. The short- coming of high energy consumption of active suspension can be made up by taking advantage of the vibra- tion energy. A quarter vehicle models is took as an example to show the working principle and structure of an energy-regenerative active suspension. A simulation of active suspension control is made by self-cor- recting control method. The simulation results show that the system not only reduces the vibration of vehi- cle but also regenerates energy.
