摘要
机械式自动变速器电控系统含有多个电磁阀与多种传感器,它们出现故障将严重影响自动变速箱的正常功能.针对外围电控器件出现的故障,提出了故障诊断策略,并通过采用LabVIEW建立的故障诊断模型进行了验证,为机械式自动变速器原理样机的电控故障诊断系统的开发准备理论基础.
Electronic control system of automatic mechanical transmission contains electromagnetic valves and kinds of sensors. Once they failed, the automatic transmission can not run normally. To test the fail- ure diagnosis strategy for the valves and sensors, a failure diagnosis model is built based on LabVIEW. The model makes theoretical preparative for the electronic control failure diagnosis system of an automatic mechanical transmission in development.
